Stuff I Bought {Week 39}

It's been a pretty great week, I found two really cute thrifted items. I haven't been thrifting in ages, especially since my fave spot closed down earlier in the summer. Rest in peace...

These little boots are from Texto in size 38, which surprisingly fit me. I guess because it's an older model, as I wear a 39 usually.

Literally a dream jacket of mine, I always wanted one with some faux fur lining but they never popped up second hand and I didn't want to buy it new so I sort of let it go. This one was such a lucky find, when we first went to the recyclerie they told us it was 8 euros which I thought was a little much so I said I'd think about it. But I really wanted it so while I was in class my mum popped by and picked it up for 5 as another person was working and didn't ask any questions. It was a Catholic shop too, isn't generosity a virtue? C'mon, guys. I'm joking. It's a Pull and Bear jacket in M from the Paradise League collection, I don't really know what that is but the jacket is cozy as fuck.

Also, please don't mind the hair, it's been... a really long week.

My mum got me this deodorant that smells really nice and is more 'natural'. We'll see how it goes.

My mum also bought me these two face masks, I love cherries so I'm excited to try that one. My brother got a bag of lollipops from Tiger and I got three (I have a very generous sister as I'm sure you can tell). I also picked up a super cute hole punch that punches little stars and a very adorable notebook from the brand P13.

This was a seriously busy week, and I was also super broke. But I managed to find some cheap and cute stuff anyway. I am buying more consciously then when I did maybe in 2020-2022 which I'm also very happy with.

Going To Class ~!

Since it's finally autumn I can finally whip out long-sleeve whatever I want. I won't lie, this summer I was dressing for comfort only because I was sweating from having a thought... Autumn and winter are really my fashion seasons! I decided to wear this casual dress I wore to Paris already but paired with a cute hat and necklace. And this polka dot bag I thrifted!

Witch Hat Volume 14 Pika Collector's Edition

For anyone who's following my main blog, you may know that I love Witch Hat Atelier! I also really love the collector's edition done by the French publisher, Pika. They always come with something really cute, last time it was an art book and a puzzle. This time it was a small brushbuddy! It's super cute:

The collector's edition cover and the size of the thing in general.

The back, a sneak peak of the brushbuddy!

Sneak peak of the actual manga... the art is just indescribable.

Here he is!

He has a little articulation, a wire in the main body and small wires in his little paws. Here he is sat on my knees.

I'm keeping him on my lamp at home, he's so cute! I'm already pretty excited for the next issue of the manga.

Stuff I Bought {Week ??}

Hey! I've found some cute trinkets over the past few weeks, mostly stationery. Can't remember when exactly but sometime in August. Without further ado...

I picked up some washi tape, the same pen set but with pandas this time, and two notebooks.

The notebooks are so cute, both of them are from Lenwa. It wasn't my favourite brand but I did buy a lot of their stuff when I was in China. Seeing them makes me nostalgic.

The pens are so good. I got my sister a set with cats but sadly there were none left for me.

The material of the tape is a little weird but I just love polka dots so I decided to try them out. They tape okay so far.

I also decided to try a sewing project, I haven't done one in ages! Wish me luck though, this could go terribly wrong.

This week I also got some stickers, a mouse pad, and a weird little plastic slip.

My mum washed my previous mouse pad and sadly it got scrunched up and became totally uneven. The new one is so cute. It's a green I really like and has really cute music notes, reminds me of a Nintendo game of some kind for some reason.

The little plastic bag/slip is so cute. I love this illustration style. I'm not sure what's happening with the fish but I love the drawing.

Stuff I Bought {Week 32}

Hey everyone, as I mentioned on my main blog, I've come across a number of very cute and useful items this week. The best of which was this pen set, not only do they look really pretty, they write really awesome. It's blank ink, not ballpoint, and very thin. Perfect for a planner, and for me because I use up my black pens super fast.

I also picked up some cute stickers. They are shaped like stamps and I already put some in my new planner.

I also got some crafting paper which I rarely get but this one had such cute characters that I couldn't resist.

This week on the Finny Drink Review TM, we have some canned Bubble Tea. They came in two flavours, matcha and taro. Honestly both were way too sweet! The boba was alright, not amazing, and also a bit of a choking hazard. The taro was a little strong, maybe a bit too concentrated. The matcha was better but due to the sweetness we had to dilute it a lot. It's a 4/10 for the taro and a 5/10 for the matcha.

So that's all for this week. Maybe I'll find something cute next week!

Clone Wars + Watch Dogs Finds ( ≧ᗜ≦)

I've talked about it a bit on my main blog but on the 1st of August I found some amazing things at the Easycash. I usually go there just to browse but this time there were so many cool things and I had to really narrow it down. First, the coolest thing ever, a Wrench UbiCollectible figurine that was only 25 euros! Cat for scale below.

Seriously, we checked before buying and this thing goes for upwards of a 100 euros online but we didn't even get it for re-sale value, we just love Wrench. It would be super sick to get the Marcus one day too. It's too bad they didn't make any others of like Sitara or Josh. Guy's if Watch Dogs/ Watch Dogs 2 has no fans, I am dead and I say this as a certified Watch Dogs Legion and Ubisoft hater. When everyone was hating on both of the first two games I didn't get it and I still think these two games rock and maybe the characters aren't the best-written out there but I still love them.

I was also lucky to pick up the COMPLETE season 1 and 3 of The Clone Wars. I love Clone Wars so much... and my physical media build continues. The season 1 DVD set is especially cool as it comes with concept art that's in between the discs! So cool.

Today I was at the store and saw a Lego mag with the Ahsoka figurine and picked it up as well. I love Ahsoka, she's my ride-or-die (yes, from the VERY START a.k.a. the Clone Wars 2008 film, I will keep bringing this up annoyingly) and it came with lots of stickers too (my weakness!). I'm a Clone Wars era fan so I'm pretty weak to any of that and this figurine was just so cute.

I'm also an 'Ahsoka should hold her lightsabers backwards' truther. She switches it up sometimes but she's almost always holding them backwards in Clone Wars and Rebels, she's holding it regularly in some shots of the live action shows and I'm not a big fan of that.

Pretty exciting week for me and my nonsense.
